The chocolate magdalene is a easy dessert.
Althought, they are of black chocolate , they aren´t too sweet , not bitter.
Ingredients: (for 16 magdalenes)
-3 eggs.
- 60 grs. of sugar.
- 125grs. of black chocolate.
- 80 grs.flour.
- 1/2 packet of yeast.
- 3 tablespoonful of milk.
- 125 grs of butter.
Preparation:
First you put the butter and the chocolate in a bowl of ceramic or crystal (be careful with the bowl it can´t be of plastic, it can melt) . Then ,you put the bowl 40 seconds in the microwave, if the chocolate and the butter isn't melt, you should put in the microwave more time.
In the meantime you put in a bowl the sugar, the flour, the yeast ,the eggs and the milk.Then you beat it.
After that you mix the two bowl. Be careful the chocolate is boiling !. Next you beat that with the whisk.
Finally you put the mix in the baking tin of the magdalenes ang put this in the oven.When pass thirty minutes you take out the magdales.
The magdalenes are very delicious especially when pass one or two days.
